1-go create a google webmaster tools account.
2-sign in with google webmaster tools.
3-if you have a blog,it will automatically show your blog.
4-if you have a self hosted blog or site,you may have to add it manually.
5-google will now give a html file that you have to upload it on domain root folder of your website.a domain root folder is a folder where all your site files are loaded.its default name is public.html.
6-after you have uploaded file to domain root folder,you will be verified and you site will be show on google webmaster tools.
